Simone Santana is a CFRE-approved provider with over ten years of experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and organizational growth. She works with nonprofit teams to increase revenue, streamline operations, and build infrastructure that supports long-term impact.

Kyna Geeter brings 15+ years of experience in public service, training, and leadership development. With a background in public safety and community engagement, she specializes in building strong teams and designing instructional programs that drive performance.
Montoyia McGowan
LCSW | Instructor
Montoyia McGowan is a licensed therapist and combat veteran with over 20 years of experience in mental health, emotional resilience, and trauma-informed care. She integrates practical wellness tools into leadership spaces, helping nonprofit professionals manage stress, protect their peace, and lead from a place of balance.
